As of 9:00 AM on Monday, August 4, 2025 attendees will no longer be able to make any changes in SCHED. This will allow Conference Admin to prepare for the conference and print schedules. You may still attend however since you are not able to sign up for a session it is advised that you attend sessions that are open.

Unlock the power of Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) to enhance science instruction for K–5 learners. This session will explore how VTS promotes access to science by using images, diagrams, and models to build conceptual understanding and support vocabulary development. Participants will discover how visual tools can strengthen observation skills, deepen content knowledge, and foster academic language, creating pathways for all students, including English language learners and those with varying needs, to become confident, future-ready scientists.
