Working in PLCs and analyzing student data can often be challenging. Within a school, teachers that vary in experience and skill sets often teach the same content to different populations of students. We will discuss strategies for looking at common assessment data with a focus on growth for all. We use a few simple spreadsheet tools like conditional formatting and “=averageifs” formulas to promote collaboration and self-reflection on standards and avoid teacher-on-teacher competition.
