Family engagement isn’t just a strategy—it’s a shared responsibility that belongs to everyone in a school community. Research consistently shows that strong family-school partnerships boost student achievement, improve attendance, and increase graduation rates.
This interactive workshop will build the capacity of teachers, administrators, and support staff to engage families in authentic, equitable, and impactful ways. Participants will explore strategies to strengthen communication, build trusting relationships, and create inclusive environments where families feel valued as partners. Through hands-on activities, real-world examples, and practical tools, attendees will leave with actionable approaches to make family engagement a cornerstone of school success.
